GENERAL FAQs.

What is colostrum and where does it come from?

Colostrum is the first milk produced by the mammary glands of mammals immediately following delivery of the newborn.  Our colostrum comes from the bovine (cows) at Royal Dairy. Rich in antibodies and nutrients, colostrum is given to each baby calf just hours after they are born to supercharge their immune systems. The momma cows at Royal Dairy produce a lot of extra colostrum, so we decided to create Nurst to bring the benefits of this raw, natural ingredient to your skin. We ensure that every calf receives more than enough colostrum before we collect the surplus.
