Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality skincare products that meet their needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.  For that reason, we provide a 100% money back guarantee on all products, including merchandise.

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our return policy, we have implemented the following guidelines:

– You may only return one of each product. This means that if you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, you may only return one of those items.

– You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product. After this time, we will not accept returns.

– Shipping charges are non-refundable.

– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

Please note that if you have any issues with a product, we encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@nurst.com.  We are happy to help address any concerns and find a solution that works for you.  Once you email customer service for a return, an return confirmation email will be sent.
