  • Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at customerservice@nurst.com.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping at this time unless noted in a special promotion.
  • Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier NURST cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Domestic Shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States.
  • Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time should be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday).
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Expected delivery times based on shipping option:
    – Ground Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
    – Expedited: 3 – 5 business days
    – Express: 2 – 3 business days
